Made-to-Order Policy
All items are custom made at the time of purchase.
This means your order is processed immediately after it is placed.
Because of this:
- Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once submitted
- Production begins shortly after checkout
- Each item is created specifically for you
Order Accuracy Responsibility
By placing an order, you confirm that all details are correct, including:
- Selected size
- Selected color
- Shipping address
- Product selection
Blissful Trendz is not responsible for errors submitted at checkout.
Please take a moment to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
No Changes After Purchase
Due to the nature of print-on-demand fulfillment:
- We are unable to make edits after your order is placed
- We cannot update:
- Sizes
- Colors
- Addresses
- Product selections
Once submitted, your order is immediately sent into production.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made specifically for you:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Color selection
- Change of mind
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Or incorrect due to a production error
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
Blissful Trendz is not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
- Lost or delayed shipments due to carrier issues
