This policy applies to physical products. Our free digital resources require no purchase or return.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our T-shirts and totes are printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection

Incorrect color selection

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Please review sizing charts, product descriptions, and your selections carefully before completing your purchase.

These restrictions do not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect due to a production or fulfillment error, we will gladly make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].

Please include the following:

Your order number

Clear photos showing the item and the issue

A brief description of the problem

After reviewing the issue, we will arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Please contact us before sending any item back so we can provide instructions.

This reporting timeframe does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after checkout. We cannot accommodate changes to sizes, colors, shipping addresses, or product selections after submission.

We do not accept cancellation requests after submission, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

The time it takes for the credit to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
